Chaplain
The Reverend Dr. Douglas H. Spittel serves full-time as the Vice President of the Concordia University System. He serves at the altar at St. Lukes as often as he is able.
An outreach of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Alexandria, Virginia, Saint Luke's Evangelical-Lutheran Chapel is the only mission station of The Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod serving the Eastern Shore of Virginia.
Our mission is to preach the saving Gospel of Jesus Christ and celebrate His Holy Sacraments that offer the forgiveness of sins.
